Mailbox Repair, Replacement, & Maintenance Requirements
Unmaintained mailboxes can really detract from the overall appearance of our neighborhood. A little cleaning and High Gloss Black Enamel paint as well as straightening the poles can work wonders. Mailbox numbers should be approximately 3” high, gold or white colored letter on black background, and placed evenly on both sides of the mailbox. This will also assist emergency vehicles in finding your home quickly.
Should your mailbox need to be replaced or repaired, we have a vendor below that supplies the style mailbox that is required for replacement in our community.

When ordering, refer to our community name “Park at Wolf Branch Oaks” or the mailbox style, HIG 041-Deep Flute. This is the style that matches the ones already used in our community. The price is $518.95 which includes the box, pole, installation and tax. If the box can be repaired, they will pick it up, supply a replacement box, and then install your box after repairs are complete. This company also sells a replacement hinge kit. Please note that prices may vary and are currently based on a August 2022 quote to the HOA.
