RE: Changes to Payment Locations for The Park at Wolfbranch Oaks Water Billing Remit To
Dear Residents of The Park at Wolf Branch Oaks,
We are making changes! Effective January 1st, 2018, our mailing address will change from
PO Box 1941, Eustis, FL 32726 to: PO Box 2369, Umatilla, FL 32784.
**Please be sure to update your online banking bill payment service accordingly.**
If you have recently mailed payments or correspondence to the previous address, we will continue to collect mail at that address for an extended period until the transition is complete.
We are also excited to announce that after January 15th, 2018, a drop box will be available outside the north gate entrance to the office located at 630 Goodbar Ave, Umatilla, FL 32784! This drop box will be available 24/7. Payments placed in the drop box after normal business hours (or during weekends/holidays) will be posted on the following business day. For your security, we ask that you please do NOT put cash in the drop box!
