Saturday, November 9 from 8 AM to 2 PM It's that time again to start cleaning and looking for unused treasures to sell at the Spring Community Garage Sale. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, Novemeber 9, from 8 AM to 2 PM. Please contact Nancy Husebye (352-383-8248) if you have any large items to sell so they can be included on the Craigslist ad. Yard sale signs will be placed at major intersections near the park and a large sign will be placed at the park entrance.
In our neighborhood, we have many walkers and runners, as well as kids on bikes and kids walking to and from their school buses. Drivers - PLEASE slow down and be especially careful, especially in the early morning or late evening hours when it's still dark! We had two adult walkers recently who literally had to jump into the grass to avoid being hit by a car. A note from Lake County... Solid Waste Lake County Solid Waste will collect Monday’s residential trash on a limited schedule on Tuesday, Sept. 3, but will not collect on Wednesday, Sept. 4 due to Hurricane Dorian. Residential collections for residents living in unincorporated Lake County (not within municipal city limits) who normally have curbside collection services for household garbage, recycling or yard waste on Monday, will instead have collection on Tuesday this week
